Original pair of model 1912 cavalry ration bags, saddlebags.  Complete with all straps and leather ties.  These bags formed a back pack for the dismounted trooper when laced together and two individual saddle bags when attached to saddle.  Both are marked Long 11-18.  Leather tie holding the two halves together has a break in it and one "D" ring on bottom is missing.
